Across Process transformation, TOM (Target Operating Model) design, implementation and transition projects, the Manager will be involved in providing objective advise, expertise, guidance, and specialist skills with the aim of achieving the program objectives. The Manager will be involved in supporting client facing engagements across clients in India and abroad and will mainly work with EY team to: - Manage Shared Services/technology-led transformation programs and oversee workstreams - GBS Target Operating Model (TOM), process, governance design and implementation - Maturity assessment and improvement opportunities identification - Modularize work components and develop implementation plans - Preparation of Business case for transformation programs and improvement initiatives - Demonstrate in-depth professional and technical knowledge across domains - Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply chain and Logistics - Demonstrate and implement industry leading solutions for client engagements - Develop client-specific solutions to problem statements - Manage activities such as engagement economics and receivables, project resources and team utilization - Lead the delivery / execution of high-quality deliverables and manage service quality, brand, and client expectations Preferred Skills - Knowledge of current logistics/ supply chain trends and leading practices - Knowledge of Transportation management systems (TMS) or other supply chain systems such as SAP TMS, Oracle Transportation Module, BlueYonder, etc. - Experience with different data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qliksense - Problem-solving capabilities to develop / customize solutions relevant to client needs
