Requirements : Minimum work experience: 3-5 years of strategy consulting experience or 1-2 years media industry experience.

Key sectors :

- Media and Entertainment (OTT, Audio, Video, Gaming, Television, Digital News, Animation & VFX, Content, Advertising, NGTs in M&E)

- Emerging digital sectors (Unicorns, start-ups, SaaS, foodtech, fintech, EdTech)

- Experience in Digital Strategy, market assessment, consumer landscape, competitor assessment and business plan creation

- Strong project management capabilities

- Ability to design and develop reports and dashboards as per business requirement

- Strong oral / written communication in English and good presentation skills is a must

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Job Role :

The selected candidate will be required to work as Senior Consultant- for the Business Consulting TMT practice that works with the major Media, Entertainment, digital and sports players in areas of business strategy, business planning & improvement, due diligence, consumer & enterprise transformation. The role entails the following :

- Execute projects independently under the guidance of the Senior Manager/ Manager

- Act as an interface between the client and project teams enabling effective project management & implementation

- Identify opportunities in market and establish first level of connect/market leads from sales support teams

- Mine existing client relationships to identify new opportunities for the firm

- Contribute to business leads, proposals and multiple projects effectively

- Run initiatives independently to drive the practice growth and achieve revenue targets

- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and support knowledge management on creating / assimilating new methodologies, tools and techniques, as well as converting experiences on projects into case studies for the organization

- Contribute to implementing and enhancing the firms policies and procedures for knowledge management and management for the firm's intellectual capital
