As part of our EY- Consulting Technology Risk team you'll contribute technically to IT Risk and Assurance client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be to actively establish, maintain and strengthen internal and external relationships. You'll also identify potential business opportunities for Ernst & Young within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly, you'll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.

We're looking for Analyst to join the leadership group of our EY-Consulting Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.

Position: Senior Consultant

Location: Pune / Kolkata / Chennai/Cochin/Trivandrum / Coimbatore/Bangalore/Gurgaon/Noida

Job purpose:

- Senior Business Analyst with Charles River IMS expertise and prior work experience on one or more of CRD modules - IBOR Position Management, Data Service, Data Management Service or any other module

- Experience working in Wealth and Asset management Industry

- Experience working with Front Office Traders and Portfolio Managers

- Strong Database programming experience (SQL, TS/PL-SQL etc.) with at least one major Relational DBMS (Ex: Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases

- Good understanding of Asset classes such as Equities, Derivatives, Fixed Income and FX products

Your client responsibilities:

- Need to work as a team member in one or more CRD projects.

- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators

- Completion of assigned tasks on time and regular status reporting to the lead

- Regular status reporting to the Manager and onsite coordinators

- Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed

- Should be ready to travel to customers locations on need basis, Travel could be up to 70%

Your people responsibilities:

- Building a quality culture

- Manage the performance management for the direct reportees (if any), as per the organization policies

- Foster teamwork and lead by example

- Training and mentoring of project resources

- Participating in the organization-wide people initiatives

Mandatory skills:

- Strong experience in Front Office Technology areas, such as OMS/EMS, Compliance, Wealth management platforms, Portfolio management, PMA etc

- Hands on experience in at least one major OMS/EMS, Compliance, Portfolio management and IBOR solutions

- Technical and functional implementation experience with leading platforms, like Charles River or Aladdin

- Strong Database programming experience (SQL, TS/PL-SQL etc.) with at least one major Relational DBMS (Ex: Oracle, MS SQL, DB2 databases

- Experience building macros using VBA

- Excellent communication skills

- Knowledge of securities finance and capital market (Ex: Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives)

- Consulting, problem solving, structured thinking and technical analysis skills

- Ability to quickly learn new platforms/technology and deliver milestones

- Ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment

Preferred skills:

- Prior Client facing experience

- CFA/FRM/PRM etc. would be desirable

- Prior financial programming in any major investment/trading application

- API design and development (experience in any industry standard API framework will be a plus)

- Knowledge on Bloomberg AIM, ITG Triton, Simcorp, Temenos, Flextrade, etc would be an added advantage
