Responsibilities: - Drafting pitch materials, information memoranda, financial models, investor presentations and term sheets etc. - Co-ordination with client's management and intermediaries on the transaction for various deliverable - Performing company, industry, market and competitor research - Ensuring quality of client deliverables by taking ownership and having strong attention to detail - Develop & build on business / industry knowledge for this purpose Skills: - Strong knowledge of financial concepts, valuation, especially relating to M&A - Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple engagements and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment - Ability to quickly evaluate and analyze companies and financial information - Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint - Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, as well as strong writing and communication skills - High level of attention to detail - Ability to work effectively with senior professionals in an engagement team
