Position: Recruitment Associate  Location: Mumbai ( Dadar)  Responsibilities:  - Managing end to end recruitment process   - Understanding the requirements and collaborating with stakeholders from business  - Using optimum Channel Mix to source the right talent within the agreed Turn Around Time  - Explore the market best practices in recruitment and implement them  - Effective and prompt coordination of interviews  - Final Negotiations till closure of the vacancy  Role :   - Source profiles through Job Boards, LinkedIn, Networking and Vendors   - Mapping of target companies, teams and headhunting to ensure EY has a steady pipeline across levels   - Stakeholder holder management and sharing competition mapping with target areas   Experience : 2+ years of strong end to end recruitment lifecycle experience   Academic Qualification : Bachelor's with relevant experience can apply  Expectation:  - Exposure in recruiting complex skills in consulting environment would be preferred.   - Organized, detail-oriented and capable of working effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines
