- Independently manage complex transformation projects including project planning, managing resources, financials, risks/issues, reporting status to mid/senior management stakeholders - Define and drive the program/project governance with cross functional and cross geography teams - Ability to facilitate workshops, steer-co meetings or problem solving sessions independently with clients and maintain good rapport with all stakeholders - Able to demonstrate excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills - Knowledge of waterfall as well as agile methodologies such as scrum, xp programming, etc. - Exposure to data management and analytics with preferred experience working in R, Python and SQL - Hands on experience with managing and tracking projects by leveraging JIRA / Azure DevOps / Confluence / SharePoint - PM certification - PMP or CSM (Mandatory) - Additional Certifications - CSPO, ITIL, SAFE Agile (Preferred) - MBA from a tier1/tier2 school with an engineering degree preferred - Prior experience in FMCG, retail and technology firms preferred
