Job purpose :
Manager in the IT Advisory Services team to lead various Guidewire implementation projects for our customers across the globe.
Your client responsibilities :
- Need to work as a Manager to contribute in various streams of Guidewire implementation projects
- Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
- Planning and monitoring of the project deliverables from the team
- Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
- Regular status reporting to the Program Manager and onsite coordinators
- Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
- Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis
Technical skills requirements :
- BE/BTech/MCA & MBA with a sound industry experience of 10 to 13 years
- Should be expert in Insurance domain, pref. Property & Casualty domain
- Good experience in Agile methodology
- Experience in COTS products such as Guidewire/Duckcreek/eBao/Premia/Fadata, etc.
- Must have experience in managing high complexity development projects
- Has extensive experience in stakeholder management, project & delivery planning, monitoring & control and people management
- Should have handled a team size of between 25 to 50 people both offshore and onshore
- Quality - CMMi Process - Quantitative Project Management, Tracking of PM Metrics, Project Quality Process, Project Audits and Security Controls, etc.
- Prior experience in Java, J2EE technology would be added advantages
- Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices
