EY - Project Manager

- 5-10 yrs. exp project / delivery manager with strong communication and at least 2-3 end to end IT application implementation experience on agile (preferred) /waterfall projects

- Led project teams in providing IT solutions to complex, high-impact business problems from project requests through the implementation of integrated solutions

- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile Scrum Framework

- Experience in Risk Management

- Hands on with the teams in Facilitating Backlog Grooming, User Stories, Prioritizations, Bug/Defects Tracking, Sprint planning, Estimation, Retros, Training/Coaching, documentation and other scrum ceremonies

- Good at Stakeholder Management

- Need to work with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define and resolve dependencies

- Plan, track, co-ordinate and report on key initiatives to stakeholders

- Excellent Communication skills to lead stakeholder meetings and communicate

- Flexible and resilient; willingness to take initiative to create approaches to complex problems
