Process Support Executive - Libor Assistance:
General Responsibilities:
1. Execute tasks related to accounting of loans and produce reports using BW system.
2. Perform unit testing and User Acceptance testing
3. Troubleshoots and diagnoses fix the problems by evaluating multiple options.
4. Identifies recurring issues impacting service(s) and alerts Purchaser Team members.
5. Documents incident status in JIRA and work with ITS, Business teams in resolving the issues.
6. Follows Standard Operating Procedures and demonstrates commitment to achieve SLA goals of the team.
7. Proactively identifies recurring issues impacting service(s) and recommends changes to continuously improve service standards.
Technical Qualifications:
8. Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant, with minimum 3 years post qualification experience
9. Proven working experience on accounting and reporting processes using automated accounting systems
10. Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
11. Experience with one or more Technologies, preferably SAP and BW
12. Experience with Process analysis, Design & Implementation, Business/Technical requirements, Problem Solving, System Testing including User Acceptance Testing and Fixes
13. Highly organized, process-driven, demonstrates ability to proactively prioritize work
Communication and Customer Service:
14. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
15. Superior customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels in an organization
