Desired Education Qualification: Master's degree in Economics, Public Policy and other relevant fields Role Description: - Should apply specialist knowledge in evaluating existing policies, standards, norms, schemes, etc. - Should conduct benchmarking on various global standards, norms, guidelines in Technical Textiles Ecosystem - Should determine if policies are aligned with stated goals and objectives at Central and State levels. - Should engage in consulting with internal and external stakeholders to ensure inclusion of relevant factors - Should assess and Identify advantages, disadvantages, and omissions in existing policy/scheme frameworks - Should report on findings and proposing new policies or amendments to existing policies - Should assist in drafting new policies or amendments to policies and submitting proposals for review - Should assist in editing and finalizing new policies or amendments as required - Should assist in other activities as suggested by the officials of Ministry of Textiles
