Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications : - Strong Understanding of Operational Risk Management (1LOD & 2LOD) - Experience in drafting, reviewing and enhancing Operational Risk related policy based on regulatory requirement and benchmarking with leading industry practices - Experience in drafting, reviewing and enhancing operational risk related procedure documents including RCSA, KRI and Internal Loss Data based on regulatory requirement and benchmarking with leading industry practices - Experienced in implementation of RCSA, KRI and Internal loss data framework - Driving effective design and implementation of controls - Experienced in performing control testing - Responsible for identifying risk and control gaps, formulate remediation plans and track issues & actions plans to closure. - Experience in Exit Management of customer/client (Preferable) - High level understanding of all types of financial crime risk - Senior stakeholders' engagement - Strong written / verbal communication and presentation skills (Mandatory What working at EY offers : EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements.
