Skills required:
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment (RCM) module
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing (RMK) module
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM/ SMCDP modules
- Good to have: Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module
- Certification on PMGM /RCM/RMK Mandatory
- Implementation/support experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting, PMGM SPCDP, Onboarding 2.0 module (at least 2 implementation projects)
- Must have worked on E2E recruiting configuration
- Must have worked on CSB configuring
- Must have worked on Email Templates, Custom data collection objects, Cross boarding, Offboarding etc.
- Must have experience in configuring Onboarding related business rules
- Implementation and support experience with SuccessFactors PMGM/ SMCDP module.
- Proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners
- Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite.
- Actively performing knowledge transfer to production support (BAU - Business As Usual) team
Responsibilities:
- Implement and provide hypercare support SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment, recruitment marketing and Onboarding 2.0, PMGM/ SMCDP module
- Support and enhance SuccessFactors components on Recruitment and Onboarding and PMGM/ SMCDP functionalities
- Configure SuccessFactors functions to meet client needs
- Educate Service Owners/Solution Architects on alternatives for system configuration and design
- Prepare documentation and presentation materials as and when needed Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations

- Raise SAP OSS for issues/bugs in the solution
- Closely work with RGC, EC and User Administration teams for delivering end to end project requirements
- Preparing project related documentations such as configurations workbooks, unit test evidence document, deployment checklist etc.
- Closely monitoring Remedy ticketing tool for any issues during hypercare and fix the issues by following standard Change Management process
