EY - Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist

Essentials : 

- Domain Knowledge - Education/Skill Development

- Monitoring and Evaluation Experience

- Experience in Government and/or Multilateral Funding Agencies/Organisations (e.g. World Bank, ADB, DFID)

- Project Management

- High Team Orientation

Job Role :

- Specialist will support Client to carry out project Monitoring and Evaluation activities.

- Preparation and dissemination of project progress, Current Status reports.

- Reporting of KPI achievements.

- Feasibility studies, evaluations and other reports as deemed necessary.

- Reporting on progress of Strategic Plan activities based on proper Institutional Annual Reports.

- Capacity building for M & E activities.

- Preparation of MIS for tracking of key indicators.

- Any other report which may be required.

Academic Qualifications :

Essential:

- Master's degree in a related discipline.

Desired:

- PMP/PRINCE 2/ ITIL/e-Gov Certification.

- Experience of M&E methods and approaches, planning, design.

- Implementation of M&E systems, data collection, analysis and reporting.

Experience : Minimum of 5 years- experience working on M&E relating to externally aided project or institutional development projects.

Candidates should have:

- Experience of Multilateral funding projects (including World Bank, DFID, ADB) in Education/Skill sector.

- Willingness to relocate to Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh for a period of 3 years.
