Your key responsibilities - Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes - Stay abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business - Identify new business opportunities - Understand the firm and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients - Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks - Develop relationships with team members across all the firms- practices to serve client needs - Participate in large scale client engagements - Consistently deliver quality client services - Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget Skills and attributes for success - Base and Advance SAS programming with data manipulation, functional module development and testing, working with SAS macros - Analysis, debugging SAS datasets using SAS programming techniques on banking domain - Statistical analysis of banking data - Machine learning model calibration - Model development/testing experience. - Knowledge and experience in Python programming preferred To qualify for the role you must have - B.Tech./B.E., Master's degree in Financial Engineering, Statistics, Economics or related discipline - 2 - 7 years of relevant work experience. - Minimum 2 years of Data Science experience in SAS platform - Experience in working on big SAS datasets involving both base and advanced SAS programming in banking domain - Work experience in retail and credit card analytics Ideally, you'll also have - Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills - Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative - Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client) - Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility What we look for : People with the ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
