EY - Market Research - Urban City Planning

EY India is looking for a Market Research role specializing in Urban development for its Government and Public Sector Advisory.

Job Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra

Your Role:

- Diagnosing challenges and designing possible solutions: Breaking down the problem statement, analysing data sets to diagnose the potential gaps to solve

- Brainstorming with team and partners: Problem solve, plan and decide on the deliverables and next steps with the team

- Field visit and beneciary interaction: On-ground interactions with partners/ bene- ciaries and any other stakeholders, as required

- Stakeholder management: Attend meetings, discuss progress and coordinate with stakeholders to align on program objectives and next steps

- Lead state-wide implementation of various initiatives for solving complex urban development issues

Expectation from the candidate:

- Total Experience of 2-5 years (preferable 3 Years) in Market Research, Revenue Enhancement, Citizen Experience Enhancement, Financial Modelling, Program Management, Contract Management, Stakeholder Management

- Government Consulting experience (preferred)

- A self-motivated critical thinker with strong analytical skills result-oriented work ethic

- A strong background/ interest in Urban Issues or Urban Management

- Excellent written and communication skills
