EY - Manager - Technology Solution Delivery - Financial Services & Risk Management Practice

EY's Financial Services Office (FSO) is a unique, industry-focused business unit that provides a broad range of integrated services that leverage deep industry experience with strong functional capability and product knowledge. FSO practice provides integrated advisory services to financial institutions and other capital markets participants, including commercial banks, investment banks, broker-dealers, asset managers (traditional and alternative), insurance and energy trading companies, and the Corporate Treasury functions of leading Fortune 500 Companies. The service offerings provided by the FSO Advisory include: market, credit and operational risk management, regulatory advisory, quantitative advisory, structured finance transaction, actuarial advisory, technology enablement, risk and security, program advisory, and process & controls.

Within EY's FSO Advisory Practice, the Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) group provides solutions that can help FSO clients to identify, measure, manage and monitor the market (trading book), credit (banking book), operational, and regulatory risks associated with their trading, asset-liability management, capital management and other capital markets activities.

As a Technology Risk Manager, you will be working on large scale IT Risk Transformation, custom application development for both in house go to market application development and custom application development for clients, Solution Architecture, act as Technical Design Authority. Candidate will be required to have sound knowledge on Financial Risk (Credit, Market and Liquidity). you will be required to lead a group of people and will responsible for training them on and off during the client engagements.

Following are the additional requirements which we are looking for this position:-

At least 10-12 years of experience in software development projects.

Strong technical background with track record of individual technical accomplishments

Should have cross functional expertise in Banking and Capital Markets, Credit/Market/Liquidity Risk and hands on experience as a developer, team lead, manager on complex web projects (Java/J2EE or .NET or python/Django, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).

Should have worked in cross functional teams (product management, development, QA, sales, customers), should be able understand team dynamics and priorities of each functional stakeholder and work with them to meet project goals

Should build and sustain trusting, collaborative relationships and alliances across functional, organizational and geographic boundaries to achieve goals

Strong Project Delivery Management skills. Should be assertive, able to resolve conflicts and gain consensus in cross functional teams. Must have experience in delivering engagements with at least 10+ people

Able to establish credibility with junior resources quickly, and provide long term vision and motivation

Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills

Entrepreneurial mindset

At least 4 years of experience in Solution Design, Enterprise Architecture, Large scale IT Transformation programs

At least 5 years of experience in either of technologies Java/J2EE, .NET, Python

At least 3 years of experience in User Interface design and development. exposure to HTML/CSS/Bootstrap/Jquery/Javascript

Preferred experience in Angular.js/React.js

CFA/FRM + Heavy Technical Certification + PMP Preferred
