Tax Technology & Transformation -

Essentials

Expertise

In-depth knowledge of one or more of the following:

- Global in-house captives (GICs) / Shared Services (SSC)

- Finance transformation

- Finance operations

- Tax processes (could be differentiating expertise)

Hands on experience and deep expertise in following areas-

- Shared services set up, including Finance transformation

- Design of SLAs, process KPIs and reporting requirements

- Go-to-Market strategy

- Business diagnostics, business case analysis and planning

- Performance improvement of internal operations

- Service sourcing, RfP process

- Outsourcing/offshoring strategy and setup

Experience around Tax process improvement, SSCs/ CoEs set-up including tax processes could be a differentiating factor

One functional area (F&A, HR, IT, SCM, etc.) or process (P2P, O2C, etc.)

In-depth understanding of the current economic and business environment

Traits

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Relationship management skills with senior client personnel

- Sharp focus on quality delivery

- Ability to develop and customize solutions relevant to client

- Professional networking skills

- Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word

- Experience and functional knowledge technologies eg RPA, AI and MI would be differentiating trait

Academic Qualifications CA with consulting background or MBA/PGDM from a premier institute with a good academic background

Experience 6-10 years of relevant experience post-MBA / CA

Consulting background or industry background (business excellence or functional role) preferred
