Job Description : Revenue Reporting & MIS

Target Level : Manager

Work Location : Noida

Education Qualifications :

- CA/MBA ; 5+ Years of Experience in large organizations in the Financial Analytics / Operational Analytics / Business Finance domain.

- Candidate should have a good understanding of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. Exposure in handling consulting business shall be an added advantage. The candidate must be strong in Management Reporting & stakeholder management.

- Should have advanced knowledge and experience of working on Excel and PowerPoint.

- Smart in communication / Confident / Strong oral and written communication skills

- Eye for Detail

- Proactive & problem-solving approach

Role description :

Supporting the Tax Operations team with :

1. Support in annual planning & budgeting exercise including long range planning

2. Drive compliance & hard close of all the activities impacting the top line on monthly basis

3. Critical and detailed Analysis of weekly revenues / performance by Market Segments and Sub-Service Lines and reporting exceptions to the Leadership

4. Engaging with client service teams to improve and control :

a. Operational KPIs, Profitability and Margins / Costing

b. Outstanding Receivables

c. Billing of Inventory

d. Reviewing Expense spends

e. Monitoring Sales Pipeline

5. Coordinating / Communicating with the Engagement Teams for ensuring proper revenue recognition and expense management

6. Preparing analysis and findings for Monthly and Quarterly reviews

7. Preparing presentations to be used by the Leadership during Quarterly / Mid-year / Annual Reviews and various meetings

8. Summarizing action points from the various meetings / Following with up with the concerned team members in completing / achieving the task

9. Understand and deliver data requirements from Partners / Directors / Senior Managers / Managers where needed

10. Should be able to articulate key areas / action steps and have the ability to drill down and identify problems and resolve them

11. This role requires quick turnaround and task oriented responsibility

12. Should have problem solving capability
