EY - Manager - Regulatory Compliance

Manager with regulatory experience in RBI and NBFC compliances as detailed below :

- Knowledge of RBI regulations applicable for NBFCs, PSOs, HFC etc

- Experience in handling regulatory compliances (i.e. returns, forms, intimation etc.) applicable for NBFCs, PSOs, HFC etc

- Advising clients on the RBI regulations applicable for NBFCs, PSOs, HFC etc

- Drafting response to notices/ queries raised by various regulatory and statutory bodies

- Exposure of representing / assistance in representing the matter before the regulatory bodies
