Job Description
- Should have previous service delivery management or similar experience in leading medium to large size teams, process management and stakeholder management in the area of service delivery
- Should have experience in handling multiple projects and manage project managers and take ownership of all aspects of delivery from conceptualization to deployment and support
- Involve in strategic discussions with clients related to IT roadmap, quality of service etc.
- Should possess excellent people leadership skills and should be able to provide functional, technical and process leadership
- Monitor and report on service delivery metrics and overall performance.
- Work collaboratively with onshore team, at times taking leadership and at times in supporting roles
- Proven program leadership skills, ideally in consulting or IT programs
- Expert understanding of Agile, specifically SCRUM methodology, including terminology, roles, responsibilities and ceremonies
- Process-oriented and analytical working style with high IT affinity
- Experience with utilizing external vendors and vendor management to deliver solutions
- Strong knowledge of IT solutions in the area of knowledge management
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Project management experience
- RFP/RFB preparation
- Vendor Management
- Bid management/ contract management
Ideally you- ll also have
- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)
- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.
