Must be motivated self starter with excellent interpersonal skills and experience in managing Teams.  Job Description :  - Managing Payroll of 15000+ Employees  - Managing Payroll Operations and team  - Ensuring the Statutory Compliances  - Managing payroll team and co-ordinating the processes.  - Publish the Payroll Dash boards with execution details  - Responsible and accountable for timely and error free salaries  - Overseeing the procurement of Attendances and other payroll inputs  - Coordinating with the statutory vendors for PF, Income tax and PT etc .  - Ensuring Timely Regulatory filing as per the statutory requirement  - Employee Relations - Establishing good relationship among employees, resolving their queries and following up with them to ensure maximum employee satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms  - Responsible for maintenance of payroll related historical data for any internal audit or statutory compliances.  - Administering bonus and loan payment policies and subsequent deductions from salary. Handling Resignations, to reduce Staff turnover. Conducting/ initiating, etc.  - Interfacing with taxation authorities for timely filing of PF, PT and TDS, filing of various Forms, Returns etc. required under various Statutes  - Preparation of various MIS reports related to payroll
