Job summary: EMEIA Consulting Managed Services team is looking for a high caliber individual to join the team, who will report to the EMEIA Consulting Managed Services Lead and will be responsible for executing Markets and BD Operations projects, and managing the Operations Team. This is a key role, providing a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with the EMEIA Consulting Managed Services Team and the individual will be expected to collaborate with other Area and Regional teams to achieve desired outcomes. Essential Functions of the Job 1. Execute EMEIA Consulting Managed Services strategy, including collaboration across various leaders / teams focused on managed services across sectors, regions and accounts 2. Manage operations of the EMEIA Consulting Managed Services support team, to deliver agreed objectives and deliverables 3. Support, manage and review the output, and ensure maximum accuracy, highest level of quality, operational efficiency as well as continuous improvement 4. Manage deals tracking and reporting, including but not limited to top deals progress updates, track must-wins across regions, regular reporting and insights on key metrics, thereby, provide the EMEIA Consulting Managed Services leadership with actionable insights on a timely basis through analysis of performance data and trends 5. Build strong knowledge of pipeline working with Regions to understand Managed Services deals across Regions and ensure leadership visibility and support. Requirements - Executive presence and ability to build and sustain client relationships at the highest levels of the firm - Ability to analyze data and build insights, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail; deliver regular updates and insights on sales and pipeline performance, highlighting key challenges, gaps and success stories - Versatility, adaptability, and collaboration skills. Appreciation of cross cultures and the importance of diversity - Time management with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize workload quickly, managing expectations and delivering exceptional client service - Prior team leading experience to provide supervision/guidance to the Operations team - Ability to manage ambiguity and the political aspects of change - Ability to work independently as well as performing effectively and help build a team environment - Exceptional in project and change management - Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Education: - MBA/Master's degree Experience: - 8 or more years of experience in Advisory/Consulting professional services and solutions arena - A proven track record of success in a solution-oriented, professional services environment.
