GDS spans all geographies, practices, services lines, sectors and competencies within EY to deliver deeply-integrated services that result in efficient and world-class solutions.  Job Description:  Partner with Business  - Engage with the business leads; understand current demands and future demand scenario  - Provide inputs to business at the deal-in-discussion / resource planning stage to help put together more accurate and realistic sourcing strategy in line with business requirements  - Basis the broader understanding on the business plans, share the inputs and help Delivery align the recruitment efforts to reduce wasted effort  Confederate with Delivery  - Team up with Delivery team, discuss the pipeline and put up a weekly/ biweekly action plan with set targets for both Delivery and DMSP around specific skills that need attention  - Program manage the closure of the action items  - Share knowledge on Skills, Industry and market scenarios to recruiters on an ongoing basis  Optimize Channel Mix  - Identify ways to increase the low cost channels inflow for media non doable demands and reduce the dependency on Agencies  - Develop the social media as a mainstream recruitment channel  - Continuously mentor delivery teams with the inputs to improve channel mix and sourcing quality  Execute Market Research  - Conduct proactive research on tough to source skills and emerging technologies  - Business specific requirements : Qualify the information required as a point of view or a talent supply mapping, basis business problem understanding, expected outcome and timeline to deliver  - Work with selected vendor/internal teams to execute the research and submit / present the details to business  - Implement the research result at work (as applicable) and realize the outcome  - Collect the feedback and document the business impact of the work done  Operations Management - Event planning and execution, weekly pipeline management, channel compliance and monitoring overall delivery as per commitments.
