GDS spans all geographies, practices, services lines, sectors and competencies within EY to deliver deeply-integrated services that result in efficient and world-class solutions.  Essential Functions of the Job :  - To be part of branding activities, planning innovative approaches, ways & means in which we can showcase and promote GDS Leap program (Internal job posting)  - Champion with various stakeholders - Strategic Talent Consultants (STC) across GDS 5 Centres & Recruitment team members to ensure GDS Leap process is being followed, addressing the challenges etc.  - Interacting with Business Marketing & Communications team to build strong & innovative ways of promoting the GDS Leap program - conducting sessions internally with Recruitment stake holders on the GDS Leap program process to ensure standardization process across all GDS Locations.   - Handling employee queries related to policy, role regularization and eligibility of employee to apply, process, turnaround time etc.  - Generating reports from Taleo on GDS Leap applications across GDS Locations, keeping track of the TAT / SLA, sending mailers to Stakeholders on the delay, concern area  - Managing complete GDS Leap EY website - managing & advertising the active IJP related positions, removing the expired position information, follow up with GDS Location Leads for the updating of Taleo for IJP Positions.  - Sharing weekly report with Senior Leadership group, within Recruitment team, GDS Location leads on the IJP Candidate information with status on application.  Analytical/Decision Making Responsibilities :   - Advanced reporting skills  - Familiarity with MS Excel, macros, pivots, graphs and Presentations.  - Good analytical and problem solving skills and quantitative skills.  - Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity and good communication skills.  Knowledge and Skills Requirements :  - Work independently. Must be hands-on with high level of energy and professional skills to function effectively and independently in a fast growing environment with diverse stakeholders.  - Must possess strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.  - Ability to seek out information, clearly communicate information.  - Experience working in high-growth, performance focused environments a plus  - Ability to work autonomously and lead large scale projects in fast paced matrix organizations  - Excellent executive presentation skills.  Education : Bachelors preferably Post graduate  Experience : 6 -8 years of experience preferably in a similar field.
