IT Project Manager

Educational Qualification : MBA from tier 1 / tier 2 B-schools (must)

Relevant Work Experience : at least 6+ yrs

Location : Bangalore preferred

Level : Consultant/Senior Consultant

Skills Required :

Must-Have :

- 3+ yrs. of experience in IT Project/Program Management with expertise in handling large-scale projects (preferably in an IT Services/Consulting firm)

- SCM/ Finance/ HR/ Digital Analytics/ Transformation/ Master Data Management knowledge is a must

- Experience in leading medium to large-sized projects of moderate to high risk, impact, and complexity.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Experience working with global stakeholders and good influencing, and negotiation skills

Tools : MS PowerPoint, MS Project, JIRA, Plan view, Smartsheet, PowerBI, Tableau, PowerApps ( or any similar tool)

Good to have :

- Experience leading global delivery teams is strongly preferred

- Experience in operations ( inventory, logistics, procurement, planning, SCM finance) domain is good to have

Certification : PMP/Prince2/CSM/PSM/CAPM certification (anyone at least)

Education : MBA Preferred.

Notice period : Early/immediate joiners are preferred ( 30-90 Days)
