- Master's Degree / PGDM/PGP (pass out from 2016 and below) in Construction Management / Project Management with bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferably 2 years of experience in the government consulting field) - Minimum 6 years of overall experience. Should have relevant experience in Project Planning/Project Management in Building/Infrastructure sector. - PMP and any other equivalent certification will be preferred - Hands-on experience in MS Projects/Primavera and Power BI or any other visualization tool is mandatory - Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility - Design, Development and Deployment of online project monitoring dashboard using Power BI and MS Projects as per client requirement. - Project progress monitoring and reporting to client on periodic basis including but not limited to Schedule Management, Cost Tracking, Land Acquisition & Miscellaneous Approvals tracking and Change Order management, contractor performance monitoring. - Conducting periodic review meeting with all project stakeholders. - To collect and analyse data from various government departments for all ongoing and new infrastructure as well non-infrastructure projects/activities - Prepare 30-day look ahead plans for select projects in consultation with the client - Preparing documentation/presentations etc. as may be required by client for stakeholder meetings/steering committee discussions/update discussions etc.
