1. Develop and implement strategies for data management and analysis to support business objectives.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data needs, and to develop and deliver data-driven solutions.

3. Lead a team of data analysts, data scientists, and other data professionals to design and implement data management systems and processes.

4. Oversee the collection, integration, and analysis of data from various sources, including structured and unstructured data.

5. Use data visualization and reporting tools to present findings to key stakeholders.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in data management and analysis techniques, and identify opportunities to apply these techniques to the organization's data.

7. Manage budgets and resources for data-related projects.

Additional responsibilities may include:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with external data partners and vendors.

- Ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members.

- Collaborating with IT to optimize data infrastructure and systems.
