To qualify for the role, you must have:
- 12 years of experience in Project management
- Expertise in relationship building with different roles and level in the organization
- Institutional knowledge of Tax business would be an added advantage
Your key responsibilities :
It will include:
- Development of detailed program plans for deployment, finalization of countries based on a criterion, defining milestones for country deployment, identifying team required for country deployment.
- Responsible for conducting assessment to understand the maturing of the processes in terms of both documentation and standardization
- Strong stakeholder management skills are necessary
- Design framework and approach for customized transformation as needed by clients
- Responsible for tracking progress and reporting against key deliverables, and additional activities related to country deployment
- Responsible for highlighting risks and creating mitigation plans.
