As part of our EY-Managed Services Team, the Senior will be responsible for working closely with CCaSS (Climate Change and Sustainability) Managers and Senior Managers on clients and engagements across global locations to provide end to end ESG Reporting services.

The Opportunity:

- The Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Managed Services team is part of the global firm. We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team. The team is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working with industries and practice areas to orchestrate the ESG delivery efforts and solve the most complex challenges in more cohesive, consistent, and exponentially powerful ways.

- We're looking for an incumbent who is accountable for the timeliness and quality of work performed in accordance with project requirements for our Managed Services team and has ESG knowledge in accordance with various frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and TCFD regulatory guidelines such as SFDR, NFRD, BRSR and upcoming guidelines such as CSRD in Europe

Your key responsibilities:

- Collect, measure, organize and analyse structured and unstructured data for ESG reporting

- Use the available guidance's on ESG knowledge and frameworks for providing technical support, as and when required.

- Demonstrate and apply strong knowledge of ESG management frameworks

- Use advanced excel skills to analyse and interpret quantitative and qualitative data to draw conclusions and develop strategic recommendations

- Lead multiple worsktreams as a part of ESG reporting managed services engagements

- Ensure adherence in meeting the KPIs and SLAs

- Maintain effective coordination with multiple stakeholders

- Build the necessary documents like SOPs and other end user training materials.

- Follow through on client requests in a timely fashion, and manage expectations regarding the timing of deliverables and reports.

- Work with global teams under leadership guidance in driving the ESG Reporting managed services engagements

- Promote best practice and knowledge sharing among Global team members

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global counterparts.

Skills and attributes for success:

- Data extraction, storage, processing, and analysis of ESG related data

- Strong proficiency in data management and analysis with prior sustainability experience

- Should have good communication skills and shall be good at preparing control documents, prepare presentations and shall also be a good presenter

- Shall consistently deliver quality services and take charge of the assigned engagement

- Knowledge of sustainability and GHG reporting, for example the GRI Standards, GHG Protocol, SASB, CDP, DJSI, TCFD, SDGs and IIRC Framework and regulatory guidelines such as SFDR, NFRD, BRSR and upcoming guidelines such as CSRD in Europe, is desirable

- Demonstrate willingness to learn new solutions, approaches, and methodologies for project delivery

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- Bachelor's degree e.g. B.Tech, BSc. BBA

- Master's degree e.g. MBA, M.Tech would be a plus

- 3-6 years relevant experience including experience in ESG reporting, Financial reporting or experience working in corporate strategy.

Ideally, you'll also have:

- Proficiency in MS - Excel, MS - Office.

- Knowledge of tools round data management (e.g. SQL), scripting languages (e.g. R, python), visualisation platforms (e,g. Tableau, Power BI) will be additional advantage

- Strong communication, Interpersonal, Analytical Skills & highly proactive in approach
