GDS TAS Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) was officially christened in February 2007. This team focuses on providing financial, technology, operational, and commercial due diligence assistance, restructuring and transition and integration services to investors and companies undertaking transactions. TAS works closely with EY TAS professionals globally to ensure delivering high quality, high value products and services to clients. This ensures reducing time taken for the final deliverable by utilizing talent pool in GDS - India. TAS intends to widen scope of work further in the transaction process Position Details: Job Title : Manager Department : Operations Support, Transaction Advisory Services Reporting to : Assistant Director Location : Gurgaon Job description: - The incumbent would be responsible for managing multiple operations-related functions within TAS team in GDSGDS. - The role will focus on reporting and monitoring metrics and other data requirements around business performance. - The person would work closely with the GDS TAS leadership, and other parts of the TAS organization to produce relevant measures of TAS performance. - In addition, it is a requirement that the role provides project management support around various department-wide initiatives including coordination with various support functions within the organization. Essential Functions of the Job: - Responsible for developing and delivering a reporting structure and producing these on daily / weekly /monthly / quarterly / annual reports around KPIs. - Publishing team Dashboards - Manage and service adhoc Reporting and Monitoring requests on an as needed basis. - Coordinate with other support functions for various data requirement and reports - Analyze and manage large quantities of data and identify trends to provide meaningful insights - Assist with the day to day administration requests for TAS Skills: - Must be able to work with / influence, wherever required, people at all levels in the organization. - Must be able to set and meet deadlines, while working in a multi-tasking and fast-paced working environment. - Must be able to bring in more efficiency and process improvements. Automating existing processes for better controls Knowledge and Skills Requirements: - Strong business analytical and reporting skills - Proficient in Excel, good knowledge of macros, PowerPoint and other standard analytical skills / tool sets. - Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau and Spotfire would be added advantage - Excellent data aggregation, management and synthesis skills. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Ability to participate and work effectively as part of a team as well delivers strongly while leading projects or initiatives - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to prioritize, drive and adapt to change quickly in a fast paced environment.
