The role requires an experienced marketer who works with the team to help translate EY's Global Partner Ecosystem business priorities and trends into dynamic event marketing strategies and programs. The position requires experienced marketer who can build collaborative relationships across the EY.

Your key responsibilities:

- Support and execute the creation of experiential marketing programs and events that drive brand awareness and demand generation, aligned to Global Alliances' priorities and growth strategy

- Execute on the vision for compelling brand moments, event presence and program experiences

- Bring innovation and best-in-class marketing practices to Global Ecosystem Partner marketing teams

- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across EY

- Maintain and manage strong shared resources relationships with the extended experience team to execute the program(s): outside agencies, internal creative teams, meetings, and events, etc.

- Execute a consistent immersive brand experience throughout all aspects of the program, including venue branding, abstract development, presentation building, social media management, lead collection and post-event follow-up activities

- Collaborate with the larger team to drive pre and post program communications and nurture streams. Plan Know Before You Go and Feedback calls with stakeholders

- Support the creative ideation process and program strategy with internal clients and engage the right team of internal and external agencies to execute on the plan/brief

- Support strategic initiatives that enable strong Alliance relationships that supports EY revenue growth

- Play an instrumental role in building and supporting the broader Global BMC alliances team

- Remotely support day-of execution including coordination with team/vendors, last minute logistical needs, ensuring effective set-up/execution of event and providing course correcting, instructions/directions, when needed; leverage event and project plans, playbooks, budget trackers and more for effective project management

- Host regular planning calls with key stakeholders and event planning team

- Work seamlessly with EY's global travel meeting and events team on event logistics, including venues, virtual events, and more

- Leverage all EY Alliance brand components in event and sponsorship activities

- Perform post event duties such as post event debrief and recap report, expense processing, invoice reconciliation, event success assessments and assisting with next steps such as providing feedback to team/vendors to improve process

- Identify if BRIDGE is required and execute as necessary

- Serve as brand ambassador

Knowledge, Competency and Skill Requirements:

- 10-12 years of related work experience

- Sense of humour and can-do attitude

- Expertise in developing and executing best-in-class experiential marketing competencies

- Able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously

- Executive presence and strong relationship management skills

- A startup mentality with a bias toward action and the ability to flex in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to influence and manage senior level stakeholders effectively, build consensus in a dynamic environment, gain support and sponsorship to deliver best-in-class programs

- Proven track record in creativity and innovation

- Ability to work and collaborate in a highly complex, matrixed environment

- Strong project management and organizational skills, detail orientation, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment, and experience influencing and building relationships with diverse stakeholders

- Excellent and effective communicator who asserts own ideas and has exceptional ability to inspire and engage teams and senior leadership

- Effective, adaptable, and proactive program manager partnering with diverse stakeholders to execute against project plans, anticipate risks and address challenges

- Be a point of integration; connect all facets of the business when initiating, developing, and implementing marketing and communications projects

- Gather internal and external feedback to generate meaningful, actionable information that helps drive change and continuous improvements across the organization

- Ability to understand EY's business; effectively navigate EY's and BMC's matrix organization to access, inform and engage the right people at the right time

- Demonstrate knowledge, skills and abilities concerning global business fundamentals, ethics, competitive analysis, and cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities

- Knowledge and experience with A/V, and online event platforms and tools (web/mobile) for digital, live-streamed, and in-person events

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communications (or equivalent area of study or experience)

Experience Requirements:

- Experience managing complex global field marketing programs

- Experience in designing and delivering world-class creative marketing and communications programs

- Experience working as part of diverse and virtual high-performance team

- Generating and managing marketing qualified leads

- Experience of navigating complex global organizations
