Associate Manager- Working Capital Management

The opportunity:

- Within SaT, TSE -WCAS team focuses on providing, benchmarking, diagnostic reviews of AP, AR.

- Making necessary recommendations for Inventory and Working Capital Optimization to EY clients across the globe.

- Studying large volumes of data with SQL, Alteryx, Power BI etc.

Your key responsibilities:

- Spearhead engagement teams executing WCAS which support key conclusions in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value Demonstrate excellent skills in project execution, including synergy assessment, project management, problem-solving, and facilitation

- Engage on larger TSE projects and develop ability to pitch for working capital diagnostics and optimization

- Ability to research the working capital using existing tool; develop expertise on various metrics and KPI

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- MBA from a premier institute with 6-8 years of applicable industry / analytics and/or consulting experience

- Understanding of M&A life cycle, carve-out / integration of a business post-announcement of transaction, cross-border M&A

- Experience in Working Capital Management

- Hands on experience in Power Bi and/or Alteryx
