Key responsibilities
- Proven project/program management experience from Talent Acquisition & Sourcing-
- Established experience in recruiting specially Analytics or Technology domain
- Experience using data to drive sound decision making; strong analytical skills -
- Experience delivering projects for large, cross-functional audiences -
- Ability to deliver successful programs/change management from conception through business case to implementation, measurement and ongoing management -
- Experience cultivating strong partnerships with stakeholders across multiple levels and functions -
- Bachelor's Degree/PG or equivalent work experience.

To qualify for the role, you must have
- 9+ years of proven recruitment experience in IT industry
- At least 2 years of managerial experience in matrixed organization
- Experience in developing hiring strategy for the competencies based on the forecast and propose achievable plan
- Build talent landscape to meet the hiring needs
- Build and manage highest performing team
- 6 months GIG role (contractual hiring)
