EY GDS - Strategy and Transaction - Turnaround and Restructuring Strategy

The opportunity :

We're looking for Assistant Managers with expertise in insolvencies/bankruptcy/liquidation and restructuring services.

Your key responsibilities :

- Managing/ reviewing/ getting involved in Restructuring engagements which are advanced and complex in nature

- Working on insolvency assignments and responsible for statutory requirement/ legal forms

- Analyzing financial and operational results of companies through the preparation of various analysis by reviewing financial statements

To qualify for the role, you must have :

- Chartered Accountancy/ MBA in Finance

- 4-6 years of Post Qualification Experience

- Hands on experience in Insolvency/Bankruptcy/liquidation process

- Exposure to IBC or equivalent code

- Management Consultancy firms experience will be an added advantage
