EY - Liquid Waste Management and Fecal Sludge Management Expert

We are looking for Liquid waste management expert having experience with Government clients. The role requires working with Government clients to provide monitoring & evaluation expertise in Agri related projects for the state government.

To qualify for the role, you must have :

- Post-Graduate in Management/Graduate with experience in SLWM/ Engineering/ Urban Planning/ Environmental Discipline

- Relevant Experience between 6-10 years in implementation of liquid waste management projects

- Knowledge of LWM Technologies

- Knowledge of FSM technologies

- Experience in working with Government systems and programs is added advantage

Ideally, you'll also have :

- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.

- Comfortable interacting with senior executives (within the firm and at the client)

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Preparation and dissemination of toolkits/ manuals/ modules to assist implementation of FSM projects including FSM procurement-related toolkits, empanelment of technical agencies at the district level, handholding support to LWM/ FSM in pilot districts, etc.

- Develop O&M framework for the sustainability of all FSM/ LWM. Support the drafting of annual audit reports.

- Identification and empanelment of Technical and implementation agencies for FSM/LWM imple mentation at District/Block and village level

- Develop modules for Training of Trainers (ToT) of FSM/LWM and sanitation technologies and widely propagate the same

- Identify the retrofitting requirements for the toilet technologies adopted in the states and pre- pare strategies for their implementation and incorporate these requirements into FSM planning.
