EY - Expert - Investment Promotion

- Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM/MCA) with 10 years of professional experience

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Investment Promotion/Business Development/Private Sector

- Development/ Industrial corridors/Industrial Townships/MSME development etc.

- Experience of working in domains of logistics and/or industrial parks will be preferred

- Assisting Authority in formulation of operational policies, procedures, guidelines, building bye laws, accounting, procurement, financial planning, ESG planning, legal assistance,urban planning for the Authority (BIDA), HR & IT planning with special focus on AI & Industry 4.0 .

- Assistance to Authority in drafting of operating manual for investor centric services.

- Assisting Authority in investor outreach and market research & analysis.

- Comparing and analysing policies from other states and countries in terms of allotment procedures, investments evaluation criteria, Categorization of IAs, Timelines, penalties , industrial town planning etc.

- Assistance in institutionalization of policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to industrial area services.
