Brief Role and Responsibility :
- Manage various projects in the Corporate HR Team for EY India.
- Key SPOC for driving the employee listening framework at EY to surface the voice and pulse of our people.
- Leverage Analytics to help understand and inform decision making about employee's experience and well-being.
- Ability to conceptualize key engagement initiatives and deliver it successfully to end users
- Keep up to date with current on trends in Talent Management and Engagement with a focus employee listening and talent analytics. Capitalize on innovative practices, research, insight, experience and understanding of the needs and culture of the firm to develop and deliver engagement initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs across the organization to ensure our listening strategy is addressing key organizational priorities, answering critical organizational questions, employee need etc.
- Architect and execute the overarching change management roadmap and associated activities related to the broader employee listening strategy. Develop and deliver a variety of communications, training materials, tools, and resources for both HR teams and the broader organization.
Competencies required :
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power BI Analytics .
- Preferred Experience in managing roles either in Learning & Organization Development.
- Experience in talent analytic platforms like Power BI and ability to manage large data to draw an insightful analysis for leadership
- Ability to balance a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and competing demands.
