EY is hiring candidates with experience in IT implementation / programs with Government sector for Delhi Location.

Minimum Requirements:

MCA / M. Tech / PGDM / MBA with min. 10 years' experience in leading IT implementation / programs with Government sector.

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.- Design of the IT strategy and transformation/delivery roadmaps for various initiatives for Agri Ministry.

Job Requirements:

- Design of the IT strategy and transformation/delivery roadmaps for various initiatives for Agri Ministry.

- Review of all the applications developed by various agencies

- Manage the entire project lifecycle to ensure smooth and timely delivery

- Manage the entire development life cycle from design to implementation of the system

- Manage and support the development team to develop a robust system

- Support the development team in requirement gathering from the various stakeholders at various levels

- Monitor and supervise the various code releases to live server

- Oversee the preparation of all the various technical documents such as FRS, SRS, etc. in coordination with the department stakeholders and system integrators

- Change Management and Training of all Department stakeholders

- Collaborate with stakeholders and development and execution teams to create and communicate anticipated release schedule

- Perform user acceptance testing of the various applications developed, thereby ensuring the fixing of issues and bugs by the development team

- Advise clients on the overall enterprise architecture landscape on various solution architecture areas including technology, information, data, security, and integration.

- Working with client counterparts in designing and implementing business capabilities that harness emerging and scaled technologies, such as Cloud, Blockchain, AI,

- Perform architectural assessment and gap analysis and contribute in the formulation of the overall solution strategy and roadmap.

- Analyse business processes and transformation, information systems concept, structure architecture and engineer requirements.

- Strong leadership skills and supervisory responsibility.- Strong communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
