EY - Dispute Valuations Role - CA

Chartered Accountant is a must (CA with additional MBA in Finance, CFA or any other Financial specialization is better)

- 3-5 years of dedicated experience in Valuation, Financial (Excel Modelling) and Financial Statement Analysis ( Disputes experience, it's a strong plus)

- should be able to build a detailed Financial Model for a Company including the Historical F.S. (P&L, BS and CF Statements) and Future Business Plan (P&L, BS and CF Statements) of the Company in excel from scratch

- should be conceptually very clear in Valuation Approaches and Methodologies (Income, Market and Cost Approaches and Various Methods under each approach)

Excellent Communication Skills (both verbal and writing)
