EY - Director/Senior Manager - PEGA

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering or a related field

- Minimum 12-18 years of experience (Depending upon designation Director or Senior Manager)

- Responsible for Design & Technical leadership of Pega PRPC program / application) / solution (7.x) - including designing of enterprise class structure, data and application framework model.

- Leading Technical project/ delivery teams including coordination/ facilitation for all technical activities of a Pega PRPC program / application / solution

- Lead and deliver on all Pega PRPC related technical discussions/ forums/ workshops/ advisories with all groups/ team involved like - internal teams (Onsite, Offshore), Partners (technical) channels, Account/ Enterprise architects across different technology stacks (ESB, Data, UX)

- Ensure best possible designs (performance, scalability) of Pega PRPC applications/ solution compliant with Pega PRPC best practices, coding standards, guardrails, UI standards and client's corporate standards.

- Lead the technical team independently starting from Inception till transition

- Interacting with Business users/ LBA/BA whenever required

- Independently architect the technical solution, and lead the technical team during development & customization phases/ activities.

- Adherence to Pega systems development guardrails as well as the original design principles.

- Coach and Mentor technical team members.

- Ensure Pega PRPC application/ solution is scalable & robust.
