- Minimum experience of 6 years (post qualification) with atleast 3 years of experience in promoting digital initiative (s) preferably within a State or Central Government setup
- Experience of working on project for setting up a digital platform for State or Central Government
- Conduct discussions and workshops with State Departments like Directorate of Public Instructions, Public Works Department, etc. to understand the challenges with the existing system and expectations
- Ability to perform As-is assessment and report preparation
- Expertise in designing web portals & mobile applications and designing computer systems as per stakeholder requirement
- Experience in working with MSMEs
- Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and improve customer satisfaction
- Ability to perform gap analysis
- Experience in preparation RFPs and other tendering documents
- Experience in project planning, development support, User Acceptance Test & consequent roll-out
- Experience in developing & maintaining MIS dashboards
- Carried out project monitoring activities by assessing the deliverables and their respective timelines
- Is tech-savvy and data-driven to define and monitor Key Performance Indicators for maintaining healthy functioning of the system
- Is capable to devise and drive innovative solutions to address technical hurdles encountered at a transactional level
- Prior experience in defining processes, designing and implementing at technical level.
- Ability to understand business dimensions and business requirements and translate them into applicable processes.
