The opportunity:

Data Governance - Business Consulting Risk - FSRM - PAN India

Our FSRM team is a fast-moving, high-growth area with huge potential. It offers variety, challenge, responsibility, and the opportunity to realize your leadership potential.

Our Financial Services Risk Management (FSRM) practice focuses on risk management, regulatory, quantitative, and technology backgrounds. The breadth of experiences of FSRM professionals enables the practice to coordinate the delivery of a broad array of risk management services to capital market participants throughout the world in a well-integrated manner.

Your key responsibilities:

- 4 + years of experience in data governance, data quality management, data lineage and metadata management within the financial industry

- Experience / exposure to Traded Risk (both Market Risk and Counterparty Credit Risk) business process

- Strong knowledge of BCBS 239 regulations and their implications for data management.

- Possess deep understanding of data quality and be able to monitor and assess the quality of data, ensuring accuracy and consistency

- Experience in data quality issue management, including issue identification, root cause analysis, change management, IT collaboration, validation and monitoring of DQ issues

- Strong knowledge of data controls and experience in defining and documenting all types of data and business controls

- Proficiency in data lineage tools, data quality tools, and data cataloguing solutions.

- Ability to analyse complex data issues (using SQL/Python) and develop effective solutions

- Ability to document requirements, processes and details in BRD/FSD

- Additionally, the candidate should have experience in business analysis, effective communication abilities, problem-solving capabilities, collaboration skills, and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

- Willingness and ability to travel within India projects

To qualify for the role, you must have:

- Eligibility: Bachelors/Masters in relevant stream from premier institute
