Consultant/Senior Consultant - Supply Chain IT Project Manager

- Manage large end to end IT Supply Chain projects including project planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management, budget management, deployment, etc.

Competencies :

- Supply planning, demand planning

- Distribution/logistics

- Warehousing

- Procurement, materials management

- Inventory management

- Digital Manufacturing

Key Skills : 

- Understanding of E2E supply chain and expertise in 1 or more of above competencies

- Strong IT Project Management expertise

- Excellent delivery track record digital implementation projects

- Manage large end to end IT Supply Chain projects including project planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management, budget management, deployment, etc.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

- PMP/Prince2/CSM certification mandatory (any one)

- Experience with CPG/Retail/Technology industries is mandatory

- Experience leading global delivery teams is strongly preferred

- Must be able to communicate well with all levels of the organization from team members to senior leaders

- High cultural sensitivity and comfortable working with different countries and cultures across multiple time-zones

- Proficient in MS-Excel, MS PowerPoint is mandatory

- MBA/MS from top & Tier1 B-schools, any graduate + MBA/MS

- Flexible to pick up any of the above SC competencies in long run

- Ability to analyse and solve complex issues in a timely and structured manner

- Can-Do-Attitude: A positive attitude and passion for learning in fast-paced environments

- Result-oriented: Should be self-motivated to try new ideas and quickly iterate to reach the desired outcome

- Exposure to strategy development and implementation, process improvement, performance measurement, digital transformation
