Work experience - 4 years and up Notice - Up to 60 days, but prefer immediate About the role : - Understand merger and acquisition (M&amp;A) life cycle, carve-out/ integration of a business post-announcement of transaction/ cross-border M&amp;A - Assist the execution and integration plan while working to identify areas for improvement, including resolving integration issues and supporting key integration decisions - Project management of the integration including independently leading the project in terms of internal &amp; stakeholders and creation of a master integration plan - Ensure Day 1 readiness across multiple tracks including Product, Policy, Operations, Process, Technology, Legal and Compliance, etc. - Support a smooth transition while minimizing business disruption - Work with cross functional teams to build a robust hypothesis on synergies / value creation - Experience in working with senior and global stakeholders on complex engagements; Be the primary point of contact for entire deal process &amp; post-merger
