CA Mandatory

- Financial planning & analysis, financial statement close process and finance process improvements

- Part of CFO's office involved in problem solving, business partnering and process improvement roles

- Experience in management consulting and project management

- Experience in Statutory Audit in Big4 CA firms

- Knowledge of finance technologies like SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Blackline etc.

Job Objective :

- Understand client requirements and finance processes, design and implement solutions including finance technology products, where required

- Deliver projects independently or under minimal supervision of a manager

- Manage internal and external stakeholders

- Support knowledge sharing efforts and train the team on new tools and technology

- Support business development activities like pitch meetings, roadshows and proposal documents

- Assist in managing and developing technology partner alliances

- Process oriented and high level of comfort with usage as well as customization of technology tools

- Self-driven, learn new technology products and willing to work in a fast-growing set-up

- Proficient in MS Office Suite esp. Excel and PowerPoint
