EY - Consultant/Senior Consultant - Media Consulting

Requirements:

Minimum work experience: 8-10 years of strategy consulting experience or 4-5 years media industry experience.

Key sectors :

- Media and Entertainment (OTT, Audio, Video, Gaming, Television, Sports, Digital News, Animation & VFX, Content, Advertising, New Media (Web3.0, NFT and Metaverse)

- Emerging digital sectors (Unicorns, start-ups, SaaS, Food-tech, Fintech, EdTech)

- Experience in digital strategy formulation and implementation, due diligence, business planning, performance improvement, Go-to-Market and business transformation

- Strong project management and client management capabilities

- Good leadership skills, ability to motivate, couch and mentor teams

- Proven track record in business development

Job Role:

The selected candidate will be required to work as Manager - for the Business Consulting TMT practice that works with the major Media, Entertainment, digital and sports players in areas of business strategy, business planning & improvement, due diligence, consumer & enterprise transformation. The role entails the following -

- Managing project teams of senior consultants, consultants and analysts for effective project execution

- Act as an interface between the client and project teams enabling project management & implementation

- Manage and address all client interactions, presentations and discussions.

- Collaborate across teams to build new solutions

- Identify opportunities in market, establish first level of connect and build the relationship for business development

- Mine existing client relationships to identify new opportunities for the firm

- Manage business leads, proposals and multiple projects effectively

- Build and run initiatives independently to drive the practice growth and achieve revenue targets

- Develop in-depth knowledge of products and support knowledge management on creating / assimilating new methodologies, tools and techniques, as well as converting experiences on projects into case studies for the organization

Academic Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology

- Full time Master of Business Administration degree (MBA)

- Post graduate degree in Management/ Business Management
