Working closely with our industry groups and leveraging the Ernst & Young brand as independent, trusted advisors, we provide our high profile clients with range of services including:  - IT Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Services   - Sourcing Advisory   - IT Operating Model and Governance   - Program Management and PMO Services   - Emerging Technology Solutions (Cloud, Mobility, etc)   We are seeking individuals with consulting experience or individuals who have gained significant project and IT transformation experience within large recognized businesses.  Job Role :  - Engagement Delivery  - Would deliver engagements across different IT Transformation advisory including development of IT Strategy and Roadmap, Enterprise Architecture, Application Portfolio rationalization, Emerging & Digital technology advisory, PMO or Project Management, IT Sourcing advisory including developing RfPs and vendor / technology evaluation  - Candidate would either be part of IT Transformation consulting engagements or have to take on leading role for some engagements and provide thought leadership as well as subject expertise to the teams executing engagements  - Would also be involved in client management / client expectation management  - Practice Development & Pre-Sales  - Would be involved in supporting on-going engagements and attempting to up-sell   - Should have experience in pursuit teams including conceptualizing propositions and presenting solutions to client  - Would support in developing new solution offerings, tools and knowledge repositories  Experience:  - Exposure across different industries like Manufacturing, Telecom, Pharma, Auto, Banking, Government etc  - Strong understanding of overall IT Landscape (Application / Infrastructure / Emerging Technologies) services  - Should have worked on or has an understanding of core enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, SCM, BI etc  - Should have understanding of business processes like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Hire to Retire etc  - Relevant certification in their areas of expertise like TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000 are added advantage  The candidate should have expertise in atleast TWO of the following 3 categories and overall exposure to the third.   1) IT Strategy & Operating Model  - Development of IT Strategy, Roadmap and Enterprise Architecture for organizations including assessment of current state and future state definition  - Has performed IT capability maturity assessment, IT operating model design, IT organization structure design  - Has worked on IT Portfolio Rationalization / Cost Optimization strategies, developing CIO Balanced Scorecard / KPIs   - Has defined IT service management processes and IT service catalog based on ITIL or other standards   2) Enterprise Architecture  - Experience in designing Business Architecture, Information Architecture and Technology Architecture for organizations inline with industry standards like TOGAF  - Experience in development of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), Data Architecture & Integration framework for complex application landscape  - Experience in designing application architecture for large transformation programmes  - Should have experience in core business IT applications like CRM, SCM, ERP, MDM, BI etc  3) IT Sourcing & PMO  - Understands the associated sourcing strategies (RFP development etc.), change management and communication skills etc.  - Developed RfP on behalf of client, developed functional & technical specifications, evaluated vendor responses  - Performed role of PMO in large transformation engagements directly responsible for managing complex programs, vendor management and solution design  People skills :  - Worked independently on projects or as part of small consulting teams  - Strong communication skills as the profile requires interactions with CIO, CEO, CFO and other senior leadership  - Believes in quality deliverables that are on-time  - Willingness to travel on short notice for domestic as well as international engagements  Please Note: This position is based out of Mumbai hence candidates agreeable to relocate to Mumbai may apply.  Preferable to have people who handle business processes including customer relationship, tickets sales/generations and Airlines loyalty programs.
