1. Academic Credential - MBA preferred. Candidates from Tier 1 / Tier 2 Academic institutions preferred 2. Experience : a) Around 4-11 years of IT or Digital or Analytics Project Management experience having driven transformation projects with global clients b) Should have managed large end to end IT projects including project planning, tracking, reporting, governance, stakeholder management, budget management etc. c) Experience with CPG/RETAIL/TECHNOLOGY/PHARMA/ECOMMERCE industries preferred. d) Preferred functions - Supply Planning, Demand planning, Logistics/Transportation, Warehousing, Procurement e) Experience leading global delivery teams is strongly preferred f) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies 3. Skills : a) Stakeholder management, positive and flexible attitude b) Business facing communication is critical for this role, excellent communication skills as she/he will be working with key business stakeholders 4. Certification - PMP/Prince2/CSM/PSM/CAPM certification (any one is mandatory) 5.
