Consultant/ Sr. Consultant Functional Consultant KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Advise clients on a wide range of issues across varied functions - Finance, Marketing, Account Management, Collections, Operations - Work with clients to gather business requirements from multiple sources i.e. product managers, development teams, and functional group members - Leverage functional and analytical expertise to design a solution to address identified critical issues - Be responsible for generating actionable recommendations well supported by quantitative analysis to help our clients address their ongoing problems - Create statistical models using both structured and unstructured data for providing solutions to operational issues - Present analytical insights & opportunities for improvement to client's management and summarize key findings - Build knowledge base and disseminate information on applications of variety of analytical techniques - Contribute to practice development activities such as development of IP and assets, Analytics Point of views and new market opportunities pursuits JOB REQUIREMENTS : - Master's degree in the field of Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics or equivalent; MBA preferred - Minimum three (3) or more years' in data analytics, model building using machine learning, data mining, reporting and data driven insights - Proficient in statistical modelling and/or deploying algorithms in a production environment - Delivery of Analytics solutions for client requirements - Exceptional communication, facilitation and presentation skill KEY SKILLS : - Identification of Analytics use cases and preparation of journey roadmap for implementation - Setting up of Analytics CoEs and operating models - Delivering analytics solutions with a team of data engineers and analytics professionals - Effective communicative with stakeholder
