Experience
Required: Relevant experience of 3+ years in contracts management (contract reviews, documentation, abstraction and interpretation), paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm, LPOs or legal department.

Roles
Responsible for managing client related engagements in the areas of contract management. This includes assisting clients
Expertise in handling contracts and contract related risks/ issues for at least one sector (these sector can be any of the following - Technology, Telecom, Pharma, Financial Services, or manufacturing).
Contract drafting
Designing contracting templates
Understanding of the various areas in a typical contract such legal, regulatory, tax, service delivery, commercial, technical etc.
Review of contracts for completeness and comparing it with the leading practices relevant for the sector/ client
Review and abstraction of contractual terms and conditions,
Defining standard contract management procedures,
Legal health check; and contract compliance reviews,
Assisting clients in monitoring contract compliance either through IT tool or as a managed service
Contract administration
Responsible for overall client service delivery in accordance with EY quality guidelines & methodologies.
Manage accounts on a day-to-day basis & explore new business opportunities for the firm.
Actively establish & strengthen client (functional heads & key influencers) and internal relationships.
Assist in developing new methodologies and internal initiatives.
Create a positive learning culture, coaches, counsels and develops junior team members.
